LOCAL PICKUP

*All local customers can opt to pick up their packages from our showroom in White sands mall #02-29 7 days a week. Just call us at 6585 1238 what's your preferred date / time to pick up your order.

PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT

At Perfetto we use PayPal as our host to process all your transactions safely and securely, but this does not mean you need to have a PayPal account. PayPal simply acts as our payment gateway to process your transaction. We kindly accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

All prices on Perfetto are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

SECURITY METHOD

We us PayPal to process all your transactions safely and securely as PayPal is a globally recognized payment gateway provider with robust security, fraud detection and SSL encryption. Because we use PayPal as our host it means we never need to store any of your credit card details on Perfetto so you can have a peace of mind as your details are keep private when shopping with us.

PAYMENT PROBLEMS

If your payment is not authorized through PayPal or is rejected, please ensure your credit card details, expiry date and security code(s) are all correctly entered first and then try again. If payment is still not working you will need to contact the bank that issued the credit card you are using or contact the PayPal Help Center if you are trying to pay using your PayPal account.

REFUND

There will be NO cash or credit card refund once transaction is done.

Delivery service is available at $100 and above we will get your products delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

We reserved the rights to charge a restocking fees of 10% or $5 (Whichever is higher) of your order if you cancel the paid order or return almost everything of your purchase or the parcel is returned to us by carrier due to undelivered/unclaimed.
